Vinification:
Fermentation and maceration which lasts about 20 days at 25 – 28° C. After malolactic fermentation is completed in stainless steel tank, 50% of wine aging in barrel and 50% in tank.
Bottle agining minimum for 12 months.
Wine analysis: Alcohol 14%, pH 3.5, TA 5.2 g/l, residual sugar: 1 g/l
Packing: 6 x 0.75 l
Wine with a exceptionally fruity bouquet and strong varietal character. The striking aromas of ripe cherries, strawberries and raspberries, imbued with discrete vanilla notes, continue on the palate as a strong wave of fruity freshness. The texture is smooth, the tannins are soft. In a dynamic flavor finish, fruity aromas are complemented by tones of pear, pepper and chocolate. The wine is extremly drinkable and juicy, with a distinct elegance of fruity aromas and flavors.
